Only Plant Based Mayo Crostini

Savory and crunchy with a garlic accent, these crostini are ideal with Only Plant Based! Spinach Artichoke Dip or hummus and perfect for mini avocado toasts.

Only Plant Based Garlic Mayo Crostini

Serves 6

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

1 baguette, angle sliced ¼ inch thick

11 ounce bottle Only Plant Based! Garlic Mayo

Preheat oven to 450 F.  On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread oil on parchment, then arrange baguette slices onto oil without stacking.  Using a butter knife, spread approximately 2 teaspoons of Only Plant Based! Garlic Mayo onto each slice.  Bake for 15 minutes or until the crusts begin to darken.  

Remove from oven and cool.  Arrange on serving dish with Only Plant Based! Spinach Artichoke Dip.
